Powereasy.store provides a multi cost-efficient delivery service for all products we are selling, and door-to-door services can be provided in most regions. Free shipping service is provided for part products and all orders over US$39.99. If you have special needs for transportation, we also provide a variety of options, including free and paid services.

• Delivery time:The time it takes from the package to be delivered to the logistics provider, until the user receives it.
  
• Shipping time: Including delivery time and the processing time for shipping (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) which usually takes 3-7 business days. 
• Days are business/working days. Delivery during holidays may be delayed. (Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.)
• All packages have specific tracking information.

• You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Or track the status through the 3-party website: 17track.net.
• The delivery time above is estimated based on a large number of packages shipped from Shenzhen warehouse & US warehouse , and does not cover local shipments. It can be affected by variable customs clearance time or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly submit a CONTACT FORM at the bottom for help.
• It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

About taxes

If the package is sent from Shenzhen, all shipments are duty-free. Therefore, if the declared amount of the package exceeds the tax exemption stipulated by the destination country, the destination customs may impose import duties. If any, these costs must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer shall bear full responsibility for all return fees, customs fees, and handling fees.

If the package is sent from a local warehouse in your country, all import duties and VAT of products have already been paid.
